HANGZHOU, China – August 20, 2025 – In a significant move to strengthen ties and explore synergies, global industrial giant Schneider Electric and leading materials developer BOSOM New Materials recently conducted a series of high-level reciprocal visits, laying the groundwork for potential future cooperation.

The dialogue progressed on August 19, with a return visit from a Schneider Electric delegation to BOSOM's Wuhu production base. The high-level team, comprising approximately 20 members, was led by Mr. Zhang Kaipeng, Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric, and Mr. Sun Guangqing, Vice President of Supply Chain at Delixi. They were accompanied by Mr. Zhai Fajin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Xinwu Development Zone.
During the visit, General Manager Zhou Yongsong provided a comprehensive overview of BOSOM's business performance, new product development, product quality, supply chain assurance, and corporate culture. The delegation toured the Wuhu base's advanced production workshops and employee living areas, gaining firsthand insight into BOSOM's operational excellence and people-centric philosophy.
A key highlight of the tour was the Schneider team's pronounced interest in BOSOM's innovative "Plastic Replacing Aluminum" technology. Recognized as a crucial pathway for manufacturing energy savings, enhanced design freedom, and cost reduction, this technology aids clients in achieving decarbonization goals and facilitating product upgrades, aligning with global sustainability imperatives. To date, BOSOM's "Plastic Replacing Aluminum" solutions have successfully delivered on these promises for approximately 100 projects across diverse sectors, including automotive, security, and communications.
Mr. Zhang Kaipeng expressed strong optimism for future collaboration, stating, "We look forward to fostering more exchanges and cooperation between the various business units of Schneider Electric and BOSOM New Materials."
